What is the loyalty program?

With the loyalty program you can earn points to redeem for discount coupons to apply on your next purchases.

You can earn Maiolica Points and use coupons
even in the shop!

How can I see my points balance?

Simply log in to the site, enter your profile and section
"My Rewards" you will be able to consult your points balance and redeem coupons.
Coupons can also be viewed and redeemed in the cart
after checkout before payment.

How to invite a friend?

Click oninvite now
When you invite a friend to register, you will both receive a coupon€10
to spend on the purchase*.
The coupons of €10 are unlocked when your friend joins the loyalty program
and make your first purchase*.
Your friend also receives a coupon€10 once you sign up.

*The voucher applies to orders equal to and/or greater than €30

Do Majolica Points expire?

You can redeem Maiolica Points and coupons byDecember 31, 2024 

How do I receive birthday Maiolica Points?

You will need to enter your date of birth during the registration phase or, if you have already registered, on your profile page.
You will receive Maiolica Points on the day you registered as your birthday.

PROGRAM RULES

Points cannot be earned on taxes and shipping costs.
Review points apply to each individual item reviewed.

Reviews are valid only if made after receiving the purchase.
Reviews that concern the shipping and/or the courier responsible for delivering the order are not permitted.

The review entered on Google is valid only once per customer.
It can be entered viathis link.
The customer who enters the review on Google must be registered
on the SiciliaDipinta website and therefore have the same credentials
(name, surname or email) of the account with which you enter the review.
In case the registration email does not match Google 
please send an email to info@siciliadipinta.it
with the subject "Google Review Points" with the review details.

Coupon code redemption limit per purchase.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and have an expiration date ofthree months from redemption.
Points are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned.
The terms and conditions are subject to modification, alteration, replacement or termination by SiciliaDipinta at its sole discretion at any time.
